Document Control Specialist Partners Personnel - 3.9 Morrisville, NC Job Details Temporary | Full-time $21 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Document control experience within pharmaceutical industry Computer literacy Regulatory compliance Manufacturing facility experience Attention to detail Compliance documentation Computer skills Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility experience Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Control Specialist to join our cosmetics manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, verifying, and archiving shipping, receiving, and inventory documents to help streamline supply chain and compliance operations. This role is for 6-7 months of duration with an anticipated start date towards the end of September/first week of October.
Schedule:
M-F, 6:30am-2:30pm What you'll do Manage the creation, review, approval, issuance, revision, and archival of controlled documents such as SOP's, Work Instructions, Batch Production Records, etc. Ensure records are complete, legible, traceable, and readily retrievable Implement and uphold document workflow processes to facilitate seamless approval cycles and document revisions across cross-functional teams. Coordinate between Quality, Manufacturing, Packaging, and Warehouse personnel Qualifications Minimum 1 year of proven experience in document control within the manufacturing industry, particularly in regulated environments such as cosmetics or pharmaceuticals Experience ensuring document compliance with internal procedures, GMP, customer requirements, and regulatory standards Strong computer literacy
Pay:
$21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
