Position Summary:
The Document Specialist is an administrative support position in the Consumer Collections department. This position is responsible for the accurate processing, sorting, scanning, and filing of incoming mail and documents. Accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail are critical to success in this position.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Review and sort incoming mail and documents Scan and file documents into document management system Verify scanned documents for clarity Upload documents into appropriate files/locations Handle sensitive and confidential information Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor/managerKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Prefer associate's degree and/or minimum of 1-2 years equivalent experience Proficient organizational skills and strong ability to attend to details Basic computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Office) Proven ability to work with a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Understanding of the legal litigation process is a plusSimilar jobs in Raleigh, NC
