Job Description

A Document Administrative Associate is a professional who maintains organized and updated documents for a business using document management software, uploading documents, obtaining documents, and ensuring proper and secure storage.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
: Review and process a variety of documents with a high degree of accuracy. Ensure that all documents adhere to established standards and guidelines. Identify and rectify discrepancies or errors in the documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to gather missing information and ensure completeness of documents. Ensuring seamless document access across departments and compliance with company policies. Undertake various administrative projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Enter data from source documents into appropriate systems or databases. Maintain efficient filing systems for easy document retrieval. Assist in the development and improvement of document processing workflows. Organizing an archiving system, retrieving documents upon request, and outlining a long-term storage strategy. Party and Regulatory Audits Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in document management/administration is a plus. At least three solid years of proven experience in document management, archive management, or records management. Experience with MasterControl software or similar software is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficient computer skills, including experience with document processing software and office productivity tools. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Top-class typing, writing and report writing skills.
