What You'll Do Cornerstone Bank is looking for a Personal Documentation Specialist to join our professional team. This position can be located at Cornerstone Bank location in ND/SD. This candidate will be responsible for the preparation of application and final loan documentation as well as change in terms and adverse actions on consumer real estate and non-real estate loans, while providing excellent customer experience. The specialist will be responsible for addressing lending requirements to assure deadlines and expectations are met and is responsible for assuring compliance with bank, regulatory guidelines, customer service standards, and communicating with customers, internal staff, counsel, and title companies to respond to inquiries, resolve problems and obtain all necessary documentation required for the file. What We're Looking For Keen attention to detail Ability to perform accurate data input into a variety of software Knowledge of Consumer loan files and documents Background & Experience A High school diploma or GED and 2 years of loan documentation preparation experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
