QA Document Control Specialist 5:00 am- 1:30 pm

Duties will include management and maintenance of the controlled document database, quality assurance inspections, and assisting the Quality Department in quality investigations, audits, and other regulatory processes as needed. What You Will Do Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of an Electronic Document Control System Maintaining accurate logs of records for and from multiple departments Reviewing documentation completion and divination Developing quality reports when requested Ensuring documents, logs, and files are prepared and ready for potential audits Issuing logs, forms, batch records, and controlled copies of documents Create, revise, and issue production schedules Assure packaging documentation is current Review box codes through software and send to appropriate lines, checking for accuracy Assisting in the revision of quality documents (SOPs, SPECs, forms, logs, templates, etc.) Participating as a team member in quality-related investigations Auditing production processes and reviewing/approving production process records Assisting with nonconformances, CAPAs, complaints, and associated regulatory processes Assisting in tracking and trending of quality data sources Assisting in performing supplier quality audits Assisting in other document control or quality assurance duties as needed. What You Will Bring Strong analytical skills with a methodological approach to problem solving. Knowledge of manufacturing methods, techniques, and related equipment. Must have excellent attention to detail and math skills. Effective oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and/or facts and recommendations effectively. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent follow-up and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. Ability to work independently with little direction.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum of a bachelor's degree or 2+ years' experience in a Quality Assurance environment Ability to work in a varied environment with changing priorities Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in a regulated industry is a plus, but not required Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods of time
