Job Description
Overview We are looking for a systems-minded professional to be responsible for our firm's document infrastructure, including templates, workflows, and our cloud-based case management system. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving structure, streamlining processes, and working at the intersection of operations and technology. Our firm is investing in smarter, more efficient ways of managing legal documents and workflows. This position will play a key role in maintaining and improving our document ecosystem, including standardized templates, version control, and our AI-powered document library. You will work closely with attorneys and staff to ensure documents are accurate, consistent, and easy to use across the firm. Responsibilities Create and maintain firm-wide legal document templates to ensure standardization and efficiency. Manage version control and ensure document consistency across all legal templates and resources. Maintain and structure a cloud-based case management system to support seamless access and organization of legal documents. Organize and improve the AI document library to enhance accessibility, searchability, and accuracy. Partner with staff members to refine document workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement effective solutions. Identify opportunities for automation within document creation processes to increase productivity. Help standardize how documents are created, stored, and utilized across the firm to promote best practices in legal documentation. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word processing skills. Comfort working with technology and learning new systems. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage version control systems effectively. Familiarity with cloud-based case management systems or document libraries is preferred. Ability to collaborate with staff to improve workflows and implement process improvements. Interest or experience in automation tools related to document management is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and consistency in legal documentation.
