Job Description
Join Our Team Kastel Enterprises is seeking an experienced Records Manager to support the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Los Alamos Field Office. This position is responsible for managing the Central Digital Records Library and ensuring compliance with Department of Energy (DOE). The Records Manager also serves as a backup to the Task Manager and provides leadership and administrative support. Responsibilities Manage the Central Digital Records Library Organize electronic and classified records Maintain records in accordance with DOE, NNSA, and NARA regulations Develop records management procedures and documentation Maintain file plans and disposition schedules Archive records using ARCIS Manage SharePoint file structures Perform records inventories and audits Retrieve records upon request Scan, index, and route documents Support document control activities Upload required documentation into STRIPES and eDocs Assist offices with records retention and disposition Develop manuals, SOPs, reports, presentations, and guidance documents Provide backup administrative support to the Task Manager Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, college degree preferred Minimum five (5) years of records management experience Experience supervising or leading administrative functions Strong understanding of records retention practices Excellent organizational skills High attention to detail Advanced Microsoft Office skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with: NARA records management DOE or Federal Government records programs SharePoint Adobe Acrobat Electronic document management systems eDocs
