This role ensures the efficient delivery of printing and document management services while maintaining compliance with organizational records retention requirements, data governance standards, regulatory obligations, and established operational procedures. The Manager serves as a business partner to all departments by delivering accurate, timely, and cost-effective printing solutions and records management services that support operational excellence across the resort. This position fosters a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, service excellence, and professional development while ensuring all internal customers receive exceptional support consistent with Wynn's Forbes Five-Star standards. Job Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and management of the Print Center and Records Control functions, ensuring efficient daily operations and service delivery. Manage and monitor the performance of third-party print service providers and contracted operators to ensure compliance with service-level agreements and Wynn standards. Develop and maintain operational procedures that support continuous improvement, consistency, and efficiency. Ensure records management functions are performed in accordance with Wynn's data governance policies, records retention schedules, privacy standards, and legal requirements. Conduct periodic audits of on-site and off-site records inventories to ensure compliance, accuracy, and proper document retention and destruction practices. Manage departmental budgets, operating expenses, vendor relationships, and supply inventories while identifying opportunities for cost savings and process optimization. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive business records, proprietary information, and guest-related documentation. Recruit, train, coach, develop, and mentor team members while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous learning. Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable health and safety standards. Participate in special projects, process improvement initiatives, and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Previous experience in a management role with demonstrated leadership proficiency. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience utilizing reporting tools, document management systems, inventory systems, or workflow management applications. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to build collaborative relationships and establish credibility across all levels of the organization. Preferred Experience managing a high-volume print production environment. Professional experience in a luxury hospitality, gaming, resort, or integrated destination resort environment. Knowledge of records retention regulations, digital document management technologies, and enterprise content management systems. Experience leading process improvement, workflow automation, or operational transformation initiatives.
