$20.00-$22.00 an hour About the job: As an Internal Purchasing Document Control Specialist, you will be responsible for working with the manufacturing and QA department in a team environment to produce and track documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
ERP System Purchase Order Management Create, update, and maintain purchase orders (PO) in the ERP system; Ensure accuracy and completeness of procurement records and assist in coordinating with purchasing and finance teams; Archive and manage documentation related to ERP and procurement processes for traceability and audit readiness. Production Operational Support Assist the production team with administrative tasks, including tracking production records, scanning, filing, and data entry; Organize and update production-related forms, logs, and reports; Support interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth workflow and document control across functions. Maintain organized and accessible filing systems (both physical and digital); Quality Documentation Support Assist with the organization, distribution, and archiving of quality management system (QMS) documents, such as SOPs, controlled forms, and training records; Support document version control and help ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and QMS requirements; Prepare or gather required documentation during internal or external audits. Other Duties Support various quality or production-related projects as assigned by management; Maintain flexibility in task assignments to support shifting business needs between operations, quality management, and other departments.
Required:
High school diploma or above; vocational training or associate degree preferred; Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.); Strong attention to detail, with good organizational and time management skills; Ability to manage documentation systematically and work with minimal supervision; Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to support different departments as needed; Previous experience in manufacturing or quality-related administrative roles is a plus. Business-level proficiency in written spoken
Mandarin Chinese and English Preferred:
Bachelor's or associate degree Proven track record of organizational and time management skills Experience handling large volumes of data efficiently
