Job Summary Imaging Specialist is responsible for creating quality digital images from photos or digital media files received by the firm and convert into electronic format and vice versa. Responsibilities and Duties Scan and archive all files with appropriate annotation. Maintain Client drives by ensuring all files are accurate and correctly attached to the clients' cases. Complete requests to reproduce copies of document or images received in physical or electronic format. Review all outgoing documents to ensure all documents are accurate and meet firm standard, prepare shipping labels and stamps. Open, sort and prepare all incoming documents for scanning or distribution purposes. Scan documents into our document management system. Process internal documents. Prepare and scan firm backups. Qualifications and Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently or in a team Detail oriented with high organizational skills to maintain all items including storage, retention, and destruction. Proficient computer skills and Microsoft office. Must be able to lift to 25 lbs.
