Job Description:
Parsons is looking for a talented Construction Document Control Administrator to join our team! In this role you will establish and maintain a single source of truth for project records across Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and SharePoint, develop document control processes and governance across various contractors, drive consistent contractor adoption of client document control standards, and ensure audit-ready traceability from creation through closeout/turnover.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in construction, engineering, project controls, or document management. 5+ years of construction document control experience, preferably on large/complex capital projects. Hands-on experience administering Procore (Documents, Submittals, Transmittals, Correspondence, Directory; plus familiarity with Inspections/Meetings/Observations as applicable). Demonstrated experience enforcing owner-controlled PMIS standards on contractor-led projects (not just administering systems). Ability to interpret and enforce project controls / document management procedures aligned to client standards.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Experience supporting mega projects, advanced manufacturing, or semiconductor construction programs. Extensive experience with Procore, Autodesk ACC, and SharePoint Online. Procore certifications or formal PMIS administration experience. Experience supporting projects governed by formal Comment Resolution Sheet (CRS) processes and consolidated Owner feedback cycles. Experience working across multiple PMIS platforms concurrently (e.g., Procore as MoR, ACC for design WIP, SharePoint for archival). Experience supporting closeout, turnover, and record-handover for large capital projects. Proven experience managing Master Deliverable Registers (MDRs) and validating contractor submissions against contractual deliverable requirements
