Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Document Imaging Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the scanning, indexing, and digital storage of legal documents. Your technical proficiency and meticulous attention to detail will ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to efficient document management processes within a dynamic legal environment. Duties Scan and digitize physical legal documents using high-quality imaging equipment Organize and index scanned files accurately within document management systems and databases Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information during all stages of data entry and storage Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically for easy retrieval Perform data entry tasks in Excel, including updating spreadsheets with relevant document details Utilize productivity software such as Microsoft Word and Excel for document processing and analysis Conduct quality checks on scanned images to verify clarity, completeness, and proper indexing Experience Proven experience with data entry, document imaging, or office administration in a professional setting Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and spreadsheets Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional demeanor in handling sensitive information Join us as a Document Imaging Specialist to play a vital role in streamlining our document workflows while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
