Loan Documentation Specialist Compensation:
$45,000•$65,000 annually, depending on experience
Location:
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Loan Documentation Specialist to join their team! This is a strong direct hire opportunity for a detail-driven loan professional who enjoys supporting lending teams from start to finish. In this role, you'll help prepare accurate loan documents, coordinate closings, and keep files moving efficiently in a fast-paced banking environment. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Prepare commercial, real estate, and consumer loan documents Review loan files for accuracy and completeness Gather financial, collateral, and title documentation Coordinate with title and escrow companies Book and fund loans accurately and on time Request appraisals, flood determinations, and title work Process credit card requests and credit limit increases Maintain collateral, lien, and UCC filing records Communicate with lenders to obtain missing information Support loan-related invoices and special projects
Required Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of loan documentation experience preferred 3+ years of loan operations experience preferred Experience with commercial, consumer, and real estate loan documentation Knowledge of title work, UCC filings, and lien perfection Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills Excellent organization and time management skills Ability to manage multiple files with strong attention to detail Nice to
Have Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred Experience with loan documentation software Exposure to Reg B, Reg V, Reg X, and Reg Z Prior experience in a banking or financial services environment Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills

Other Information:
