Full Job Description Description:
Ascentec Engineering is hiring! We offer an exciting environment where you can carve your own path to success. The QC Documentation Specialist works closely with the Quality Control inspection team to prepare and submit First Article and Dimensional Inspection Reports for semiconductor and aerospace customers. This role ensures all documentation meets customer specifications and quality standards. This position is onsite (not remote/not hybrid) and not eligible for Visa sponsorship or transfer of Visa sponsorship.
Requirements:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare, submit for approval, and maintain First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) Review customer purchase orders and supplier purchase orders to ensure compliance with requirements and specifications Annotate FAIR and Dimensional Inspection Report (DIR) drawings with ballooned (bubble) numbers identifying all features and requirements Capture photographs of products, packaging, and labeling for inclusion in FAIR documentation Collaborate with customer source inspectors to review completed FAIRs Review with markup incoming product certification documents Perform additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints for machined parts and assemblies Experience with manufacturing document control or First Article documentation preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS
Bend and lift up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work varying schedules and hours as needed The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily and, if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job, absent undue hardship. COMPENSATION / BENEFITS
$20 to $27 per hour DOE Medical / Dental / Vision 401k with company match up to 4% Tiered Quarterly Bonus Program Short-term and Long-term Disability Tuition Assistance or Reimbursement Life Insurance Paid time off / paid holidays Employee Assistance Programs Applicant must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check prior to employment.
