Job Description

Job Overview Position Summary The Document Management Specialist is responsible for logging, organizing, maintaining, and scanning documents on behalf of Incenter Diligence clients. This role ensures documents are accurately created, stored, retrieved, archived, and disposed of in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Manage electronic and physical documents, records, and files in accordance with established procedures. Maintain document control systems and ensure documents are properly classified, indexed, and stored. Review documents for completeness, accuracy, formatting, and compliance with organizational standards. Monitor document retention schedules and coordinate archiving and disposal activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, legal requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Retrieve and distribute documents as requested by clients. Generate reports as necessary. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive business information. Required Qualifications Education High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Experience 1-2 years of experience in document control, records management, administrative support, or a related field is preferred but not required. Required Skills and Competencies Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Time management and ability to meet deadlines. Customer service mindset and ability to work collaboratively across departments. Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
