Candidates must have prior experience coordinating construction drawings, specifications, and equipment information. This job is part of the Project Management function responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. Hybrid role onsite 3x per week in Columbus/New Albany, OH What you'll do Support Regional Document Control Program Manager with various tasks related to documentation efforts. Support internal teams and vendors with documentation requests during the full life cycle of a building. Lead documentation closeout meetings with vendors, client project managers and other project subject matter experts. Turnover documentation analysis and preparation for uploading into client's EDMS System. Auditing document meta-data for completeness and performing metadata updates when needed before uploading. Project setup tasks including setting up project folders & procedures for use during construction and operation. Formally review 'construction turnover documentation' and routing it to the appropriate entities entitled to perform technical review. Maintain documentation with client's EDMS and physical library. Experience using and/or crafting custom formulas/functions in excel or Google Sheets Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with

What you'll need Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. Instead of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Working familiarity of Microsoft Office & Google Docs Proficiency in using spreadsheet tools to handle large amounts of data Ability to analyze and present critical project data points and build dashboards using Data Studio, Tableau or any equivalent program. Strong Electronic document management system (EDMS/DMS) experience Strong understanding of construction documents Document Control / Document Management experience is preferred Working familiarity of AutoCAD or other construction CAD systems (BIM 360) is a plus Electrical experience is a plus Java or Google App scripting is a plus
