We are looking for a driven Document Controls professional for Life Sciences North America (LSNA) located in Conshohocken, PA. to support our Program Management Team in a hybrid work environment. As a key member of our LSNA program support team, you'll be coordinating and administering configuration management activities relative to identification, control, and accounting for specification and change documents directly related to the assigned project. Here's what you'll need
- 4+ years of Document Control experience including but not limited to administrating checking and issuing project design documents and processing vendor and construction submittals.
- Experience with MS Office, SharePoint, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam (or similar EDMS)
- Experience with engineering, architectural, and construction documents (i.e., maps, drawings, technical specifications, etc.) experience is preferred
- Experience working on various projects to include coordinating and executing project issues
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, dynamic environment to meet deadlines
- Exceptional organization and strong attention to detail
- High level computer literacy Ideally, here's what you'll also have:
- Experience with other document management systems: ProjectWise, Prolog, and EIDA
- Strong communication skills and understanding of technical terminology
- Prior experience working with global engineering teams.
- Familiarity with GMP environments and regulated Life Sciences facilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
