Job Description
We are seeking an organized Document Management Coordinator for a small engineering office. This role is designed for highly organized and detail oriented individuals. As a Document Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the office document organization and systems for 30+ engineering and litigation projects. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with project management and support across multiple disciplines. This part-time position offers a flexible and exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization. Document management tasks, including document download and filing, email management, document review, and maintaining organized records. Support calendar management and scheduling, ensuring appointments and meetings are coordinated. Utilize computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Workspace applications. Familiarity with building construction and/or litigation terminology helpful. Provide excellent support through clear communication, problem-solving, and timely response. Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing. Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy. Previous document management experience required; familiarity with legal documents and building construction terminology is preferred. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
