The Documentation Specialist will support the development, maintenance, and governance of policies, procedures, manuals, and operational documentation in a regulated environment. About the

Responsibilities:
Develop, edit, format, and maintain policies, procedures, manuals, job aids, and operational documentation Research and update documentation based on business process, operational, and regulatory changes Review proposed policy and procedure updates for technical accuracy, completeness, and compliance Manage documentation deliverables to help meet project milestones and stakeholder expectations Maintain documentation repositories and knowledge management resources so information remains current and accessible
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in technical writing, documentation management, business process documentation, communications, or a related field Associate's degree in Communications, English, Business Administration, Technical Writing, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience Experience researching, documenting, and improving business processes and workflows Strong technical writing, editing, and proofreading skills Experience creating and maintaining policies, procedures, manuals, and operational documentation Working knowledge of web-based technologies, content management systems, and documentation tools Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
Desired Skills:
Experience supporting documentation, policy management, or knowledge management functions within a financial services or regulated environment Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Business Administration, Technical Writing, or a related field Experience with enterprise content management systems and intranet platforms Knowledge of financial services products, operations, policies, and procedures Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
