Description:
Ensure that all visitors are equipped with appropriate safety attire before entering the warehouse floor. Filing and records retention. Operate manual pallet jacks as needed for movement of pallets of records. Create purchase orders (e.g., for commodities or supplies) and manage transactions using SRM and SRP systems. Willing to provide training on these platforms. Experience in purchasing, materials management, records retention, or document archiving. Years of experience/education and/or certifications required: - High school diploma is sufficient, some college preferred. What are the top 3-5 skills requirements should this person have? 1. High school diploma is required. Two (2) or more years of college, business school or equivalent job experience is desired. 2. Microsoft Office experience- Word, Excel, PowerPoint 3. Demonstrated basic knowledge of the purchasing process (e.g. purchasing policies and procedures, S4HANA/SRM, and vendor management) 4. Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, plus clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. 5. Demonstrated ability to multi-task, strong communication and personal skills What is a nice to have (but not required) regarding skills, requirements, experience, education, or certification? - SAP experience. (can train) What type of environment is this person working in? Warehouse office environment, archiving in a records room part of the warehouse. Responsibilities:

SRM S/4HANA
to ensure timely creation of purchase orders.[br style="box-sizing: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"]- Ensure shopping carts/requisitions include the required documentation.[br style="box-sizing: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"]
- Process order receipts .[br style="box-sizing: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"]
- Confirm shipments in EWM.[br style="box-sizing: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"]
- File shipment documentation and perform file and records management activities per
- policy/records coordinator.[br style="box-sizing: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"]
- Manage shipment inquiries as needed.[br style="box-sizing: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"]
- Track temperature sensitive or other critical shipments with carriers.[br style="box-sizing: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"]
- Receive and perform other daily work assignments from group leader or manager.[br style="box-sizing: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"]

- Read and understand Business Operating Procedures related to job responsibilities and written in English.
Qualifications:
