Your impact We are looking for an eager and curious Entry Level Document Control Coordinator to join our Life Sciences team in Cincinnati, OH. As a key member of our Life Sciences program support team, you'll be coordinating and administering configuration management activities related to identification, control, and accounting for specification and change documents directly related to the assigned project.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing assistance to the Document Control Lead or Manager Receiving, recording, and distributing vendor and/or sub-contract documentation Processing, distributing, and maintaining controlled documentation using proprietary software, process documents for revision and approval, and monitoring the distribution and reconciliation of all supplier documents Uploading documentation to Client's EDMS (Electronic Data Management System) Preparing and issuing necessary vendor document related reports and other necessary functions in support of the project Flexibility in dealing with several projects and must be responsive to the projects that are being served Coordinating with Project Management, Discipline Leads, Supply Management and Construction Management during project execution Entering contacts, purchase orders, and other set-up criteria in the electronic data management system Here's what you'll need- 0-2 years of Document Control experience (previous internships or work experience)
- Experience with MS Office, SharePoint, and other EDMS systems
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and understanding of technical terminology
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, set goals, and develop systems for achieving those goals This role is not eligible to candidates who require sponsorship now or in the future. Ideally, here's what you'll also have:
- Experience working on various projects to include coordinating and executing project issues
- Familiarity with engineering, architectural, and construction documents (i.e., maps, drawings, technical specifications, etc.)
- Experience with ProjectWise, Prolog, ACC Autodesk, Procore, Epic, Eida or other Construction Management software
- Experience with
