WHAT YOU WILL DO
Secure and Track Medical Records & Billing Initiate requests for records from providers promptly and follow up persistently until complete Maintain a clear tracking system so no request is left unanswered or incomplete Ensure Accuracy & Completeness Review all received records for accuracy, correct patient identifiers, and alignment with treatment timelines Identify missing pages, inconsistencies, or errors and resolve them quickly Organize & Upload for Easy Access Scan, index, and upload records into the case management system with precise labeling for instant retrieval Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and firm privacy policies Support Case Milestones Proactively communicate records status to legal team members Anticipate upcoming case deadlines and prioritize urgent requests
