Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Document Control Specialist to join their team. As a Document Control Specialist, you will be part of the Information Management Department supporting project teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

$50 What's the Job? Process incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring compliance with proper formatting, cover sheets, and quality standards Upload and organize files in Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) with appropriate metadata Create and maintain document placeholders and records to ensure easy retrieval and traceability Arrange documents into appropriate packages, design, and turnover for project needs Maintain project distribution matrix and manage all project documentation, including RFIs and submittals, for assigned projects What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience 7-10 years of Document Control experience, preferably in EPC or manufacturing industries Proficiency with EDMS platforms like SharePoint, Aconex, or OpenText Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite; basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, VBA) is a plus Proven ability to maintain data integrity across large document sets (10k+ records), with experience on mega projects (~$1B cost, 4+ years) preferred What's in it for me?
