This role works directly with equipment, systems, and controls teams to retrieve critical records, build documentation packages, submit packages for approval, and schedule safety and quality validation activities. A primary objective is ensuring all records are maintained accurately and in real-time throughout project lifecycles. This role fulfills key business objectives for record management, regulatory compliance, safety, and quality control in an active industrial facility. ate will have strong organizational skills, experience working with budgets and ERP systems, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and reporting standards.

Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.Experience:
Previous clerical or office experience required; prior experience in document control, file management, or industrial administration preferred.Software Skills:
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word), Adobe Acrobat, and databases. Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) or cloud storage tools is a strong plus.Core Competencies:
High attention to detail, fast and accurate typing/data entry skills, and strong organization abilities.Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent communication skills to interface effectively with cross-functional technical teams on-site.salary:

Organize, categorize, scan, upload, and index physical and digital files into electronic document management databases.Commissioning Support:
Compile comprehensive documentation packages to support safety and quality signoffs for newly commissioned equipment.File & Audit Tracking:
Retrieve requested records, track file movements, and perform routine audit checks to ensure complete documentation accuracy.Validation & Long-Term Storage:
Validate physical and digital system signoffs and confirm proper long-term archival in secure digital storage systems.Cross-Functional Coordination:
Collaborate daily with on-site Safety, Engineering, Maintenance, Construction, Controls, and Systems personnel to schedule validation activities and gather required signoffs.Data Security:
Maintain a high level of integrity when handling proprietary and confidential operational data, strictly adhering to company security protocols.
