Job Description
Outbound Freight Documentation Specialist Regal Staffing Services is seeking a Shipping professional to support a non-climate controlled operation in the Alliance area. Step into a role where precision documentation meets fast-moving warehouse activity. A day in this role You clock in at 7:00am and immediately confirm carrier pickups with UPS, FedEx, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners. International orders are on your docket—so you prepare accurate Commercial Invoices and SLI forms, then generate Bills of Lading and detailed packing lists. On the floor, you jump in to pick, pack, wrap, and label outbound shipments, verifying packing slips and entering data into the Warehouse Management Software (WMS). Throughout the day, you coordinate with shipping brokers and carriers to keep everything moving. By 3:30pm, the dock is clear and documentation is buttoned up. Schedule & pay 1st shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm $20.00-$24.00 per hour DOE What you'll handle Carrier coordination for pickups and deliveries (UPS, FedEx, freight forwarders, and 3PLs) Preparation of International Commercial Invoices and SLI forms Collaboration with shipping brokers and carriers to resolve exceptions Hands-on shipping tasks: picking, packing, wrapping, and labeling outbound freight Verification of packing slips with timely, accurate data entry Creation and management of Bills of Lading, packing lists, and related compliance documents High attention to detail to maintain shipment and document accuracy What you know Shipping/Receiving fundamentals General warehouse operations Warehouse Management Software (WMS) Work environment Non-climate controlled facility in the Alliance area.
