Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a Regulatory Documentation Specialist to support a regulatory engineering team with a large-scale document conversion and migration project. This short-term contract assignment is expected to last approximately 3-4 months and will focus on updating and transferring regulatory documentation into a new standardized format to support legal and compliance requirements. Responsibilities Convert and update approximately 1,800 regulatory documents from an existing format to a new company format. Transfer information from Microsoft Word documents into PDF format. Upload completed documents into secure document repositories and designated regulatory systems. Maintain document accuracy, consistency, and organization throughout the conversion process. Work with regulatory engineers and internal stakeholders to ensure documentation is updated appropriately. Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF management tools to complete assigned tasks. Support regulatory documentation activities related to transportation and compliance standards.
