Position Title :
Document Specialist Work Schedule :
7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday thru Friday) (1 hr Lunch)
Compensation :
Hourly $18.91+ (depending on experience) Position Summary The Document Specialist is responsible for preparing, assembling, and finalizing certification packets. This role gathers and reviews all required documentation, ensures compliance with Buy America, and Buy America Build America requirements where applicable, and maintains accurate, traceable records. The Document Specialist will work with the Document Control Manager to ensure that certification packets meet all requirements.
Requirements:
Required Skills Proficient With Computers Organized Detail Oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Maintain composure and effectiveness in high-pressure situations, managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Take ownership of all assigned tasks and responsibilities, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities (detailed job description available upon request) Receive certification requests and confirm requirements. Confirm that documentation demonstrates full chain of custody, using approved documentation Identify and address discrepancies such as missing/incomplete documentation Confirm all required approvals have been obtained Maintain an organized and accurate digital filing system
