A Seattle construction consulting firm is seeking a detail-oriented and versatile part-time Administrative Coordinator/Document Control Specialist to update consultants' resumes and marketing materials while providing general office and document management support.
Compensation:
$27-$30/hr

Two days per week; must be available from 12:00-5:00 p.m .

Longer-term:
may transition to AR support and billing in QuickBooks Online. If the role expands to AR, it would likely be a temp-hire. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with documents, organizing information, producing polished, professional materials, and wearing multiple hats. Over time, the role may expand to include billing, accounts receivable, and other accounting-related support. Responsibilities Update, edit, proofread, and format consultant resumes—including biographies, qualification summaries, and project-experience profiles—and other marketing materials used in client proposals and business-development efforts Download and organize reports and other project materials in Procore Work with PDF documents in Bluebeam, convert them to Microsoft Word, and clean up formatting and grammar Answer a low-volume office phone line during scheduled hours Assist with administrative, document-management, and general office-support projects Communicate with team members to gather information and clarify requests Potentially assist with billing and accounts receivable as the position evolves Qualifications Strong Microsoft Word skills, including editing and document formatting Excellent writing, proofreading, grammar, and communication skills Experience with Bluebeam and the ability to convert PDF documents to word and then clean up formatting and grammar. Experience converting PDFs to Word and correcting resulting formatting issues Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Self-motivated and comfortable asking questions or requesting clarification Preferred Qualifications Procore experience; training can be provided Experience with document-management systems Familiarity with construction, engineering, architecture, or professional consulting environments Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, bookkeeping, billing, or accounts receivable CampusPoint is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
