Conflicts and Records Specialist:
Conduct conflict checks and prepare conflict reports for new and existing matters.- Maintain client and matter information within financial management and records systems.
- Respond to attorney and staff inquiries regarding conflicts, file openings, and records requests.
- Coordinate retrieval, storage, transfer, and disposition of client and administrative files.
- Manage off-site records storage processes and vendor relationships.
- Prepare files and boxes for archiving and maintain accurate records inventories.
Conflicts and Records Specialist:
High school diploma or GED required.- 3+ years of law firm records management experience.
- Experience with records systems, file administration, and conflicts management processes.
- Ability to accurately manage multiple priorities and maintain detailed records.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with database or records management software.
- Ability to lift and move files and boxes weighing up to 35 lbs.
