Deposit Review Specialist About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Deposit Review Specialist to join our BWD team. If you enjoy reviewing documentation, identifying discrepancies, and helping ensure deposit records are accurate and complete, this could be a great fit for you. This role is 100% onsite. What You'll Do In this role, you will support the accuracy and integrity of deposit-related records by completing quality control reviews, verifying documentation, and ensuring information is properly uploaded to core and archival systems. Review deposit account documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Confirm deposit-related documents are properly uploaded and maintained in core and archival systems. Review deposit file maintenance reports and identify items that need follow-up. Track documentation exceptions and help ensure timely resolution. Compare information across systems and documents to identify discrepancies or missing information. Support department procedures, internal controls, and compliance expectations related to deposit documentation. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable working independently while managing detailed review work. To be considered, candidates should have: Working knowledge of deposit account documentation and banking systems. Ability to accurately review, compare, and verify information. Strong analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills. Attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies or missing documentation.
