- Bowman has an opportunity for a
- City Engineer, Public Works to join our team with
- municipal agencies within the Inland Empire specifically San Bernardino County. This is a staff augmentation position for municipal entities specifically located in the San Bernardino County.

- Purpose
- Provide advanced engineering design, project management, and technical oversight for municipal and public works infrastructure projects.
- Responsibilities
- Leadership and Direction
- + Receive broad guidance from senior leadership relating to overall objectives, critical issues, and new initiatives, and operate with a high level of autonomy on complex assignments.
- At the Operational and Company Level
- + Support business development efforts by maintaining strong relationships with city staff, public works departments, and municipal clients.
- Do the Work
- + Manage and perform engineering design and project management for municipal infrastructure projects including roadway improvements, drainage systems, utilities, capital improvement programs (CIP), and other public works initiatives.
- Success Metrics and Competencies
- + Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Qualifications
- + Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline required.
