Job Description

Judge Direct Placement is seeking an Environmental Manager in Fresno, CA area!
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, permits, and reporting requirements. Monitor environmental performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Support facility leadership with environmental compliance programs and guidance. Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments; implement corrective actions. Manage environmental training programs and promote regulatory awareness. Oversee contractors and environmental consultants to ensure compliance standards are met. Maintain environmental databases, records, and compliance documentation. Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and spill response activities. Track regulatory changes and implement necessary compliance updates. Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies and external stakeholders. Provide environmental expertise, training, and best practice support across facilities. Support wastewater treatment compliance and environmental maintenance programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Natural Science, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or Engineering 5+ years of experience in environmental compliance, environmental management, manufacturing operations Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must possess strong computer skills and the ability to effectively utilize environmental compliance databases and reporting systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, influence stakeholders across all organizational levels, foster teamwork, think creatively, and drive innovation. #JDP
