This role is pivotal in ensuring that all our energy projects and operations meet stringent industry and government standards. The ideal candidate will use their expert knowledge of regulatory policies and engineering principles to guide project compliance, optimize processes, and contribute to our mission of providing safe, reliable, and sustainable energy solutions across the U.S. Responsibilities Conduct detailed assessments of engineering projects to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Prepare and submit licensing documents, permit applications, and compliance reports. Stay updated with changes in regulatory standards and communicate impacts and requirements to internal teams. Collaborate with engineering, environmental, and legal departments to address compliance issues. Design and implement best practices for documentation and regulatory reporting. Lead regulatory review and risk management activities for new projects. Provide training and support to other team members about regulatory requirements and changes. Required Skills In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance in energy sectors. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in regulatory documentation and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficient in the use of IT and software tools related to regulatory affairs and project management.
