What You'll Do Build meaningful connections Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and industry peers through proactive outreach, networking, and exceptional project delivery. Lead with purpose and energy Inspire high-performing teams, maintain momentum across projects, and navigate challenges with confidence and clarity. Drive business and project success Oversee project performance-including budgets, timelines, and resources-ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery. Be the face of our brand Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, helping expand our visibility and reputation. Develop and empower talent Lead, coach, and mentor team members while fostering a collaborative, positive, and growth-oriented environment. Expand our client base Partner with business development and program leaders to identify, pursue, and win new opportunities with both existing and prospective clients. Deliver technical excellence Provide expertise and oversight on complex environmental projects, including:- Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)
- Soil, vapor, and groundwater investigations
- Remedial action planning and implementation
- Proposal development, cost estimating, and reporting What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or a related field
- Professional licensure (PG or PE) preferred
- 10+ years of environmental consulting experience
- Proven success in client-facing roles and team leadership
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations across industrial, energy, agricultural, or commercial sectors
- A natural ability to connect with people and build trust quickly
- Strategic thinker with a passion for growing business and developing others
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Own where you work.
