Job Description

About the Role The Compliance/METRC Specialist ensures Chesapeake's outdoor cultivation operation remains fully compliant with Maryland cannabis regulations throughout the season. Key Responsibilities
  • Create, assign, and track plant tags
  • Record plant movements, harvests, and waste
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in all entries
  • Maintain compliance logs for nutrients, IPM, and irrigation
  • Prepare for state inspections
  • Support Grow Manager with plant counts and reporting
  • Train staff on compliance procedures
  • Ensure SOPs are followed consistently
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work outdoors as needed
  • Full availability for the season
  • METRC or seed-to-sale experience required
  • Cannabis compliance experience preferred
