Work you'll do As a Software Development Engineer in Test III on the GPS HST Technology team, you will be responsible for:
  • Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices while taking ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams and guiding more junior professionals
  • Support and/or lead workstreams on engagements related, but not limited, to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations and Software Application Development & Maintenance
  • Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope

Within this environment, GPS HST Technology professionals support programs that improve service delivery, operational effectiveness, and constituent outcomes. Qualifications Requirements
  • 7 + years of consulting and/or industry experience
  • Current state public assistance system experience that supports eligibility and benefits determination and case management
  • Experience supporting State client(s) in one or more of the following areas: eligibility determination, benefits calculation, benefits issuance, and/or information management
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to travel 0 - 20%, on average, based on the work .
