The Task Force Leader:
Supports plants in delivering optimal operational performance, ensuring consistent clinker and cement quality. Ensures CRH sites are aware of and positioned to adopt world- class developments and innovations in cement manufacturing.

Demonstrates expert knowledge of cement production processes, equipment, raw materials, and quality requirements.Best Practice Knowledge:
Maintains up- to•date awareness of global best practices and emerging developments in the cement and concrete sectors.

Understands current and future challenges facing the cement industry, including operational, technological, and environmental pressures.Senior Advisory Capability:

Ideally:
Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Process, Mechanical) or Chemistry. Minimum 10 years' experience in the cement industry. Proven expertise in cement manufacturing and familiarity with global best practices. Experience influencing senior plant leaders and cross- functional technical teams.
