The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in conducting compliance assessments, performing technical calculations, and understanding complex process workflows to ensure environmental standards are met. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to sustainable industrial practices through technical expertise and analytical skills. Responsibilities Assist in conducting compliance assessments related to environmental regulations and standards for refinery and chemical plant processes. Perform technical calculations to evaluate environmental impact, emissions, and pollutant levels in various operational scenarios. Develop a thorough understanding of processes within refineries and chemical plants to accurately assess environmental performance. Support project teams by providing technical insights and data analysis to facilitate environmental reporting. Assist in preparing documentation, reports, and presentations related to environmental assessments and compliance activities. Stay updated on relevant environmental regulations, industry best practices, and technological advancements affecting the sector. Experience Prior experience or strong familiarity with refinery or chemical plant operations is preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel Knowledge of environmental compliance requirements and assessment methodologies. Experience working in a team-oriented environment with effective communication skills. Educational background in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
