Fueling your passion As a Senior Fluid Separation Scientist, you will play a critical role in supporting global business growth of the fluid separation portfolio. You will work with the global team of fluids separation application experts and scientists, providing strong technical and commercial recommendations that meet customer needs and support business growth. growth initiatives. You will help drive product innovation and ensure the right expertise is in place to support global growth priorities. As a Senior Fluid Separation Scientist, you will be responsible for: Travel to field locations to conduct Emulsion Breaker and Water Clarifier testing using fresh samples and implement recommendations based on test results. Participate in customer interface with team leader Provide technical product support and service Analyze data and communicate results through presentation and documentation to various groups Help develop and test new products Handle special projects as assigned Willingness to travel globally up to 80% of the time (Onshore and Offshore Field) Establishing and reinforcing a strong HSE culture, ensuring compliance with laboratory and field operational SOPs. Collaborating with regional Service Delivery teams to ensure disciplined project management and execution support for strategic opportunities. Providing technical input to support tender preparation and commercial proposals when required. Supporting additional special projects and ad-hoc initiatives aligned with business needs. To be successful in this role you will: Have minimum BS degree in a Scientific Discipline or Chemical Engineering Team Player and Motivated, self-starter Have value ‑ selling capability aligned to technical differentiation. Have Excellent communication and presentation skills. Have ability to multi-task to work on multiple projects Have ability to work effectively under strict deadlines in dynamic environments. Have strong analytical and problem ‑ solving skills. Have proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Work independently at times, as well as being a function part of a team to complete large projects.Desired:
Have minimum BS degree in a Scientific Discipline or Chemical Engineering Have experience in production chemicals technology gained through field operations and/or technology environments, typically over 15-20 years . Have demonstrated a strong understanding of Emulsion Breaker and Water Clarifier chemistry and their application in oilfield production systems. Have demonstrate expertise in fluids separation field application selection and troubleshooting, supported by knowledge of production chemistry solutions. Have demonstrated an innovative mindset with the ability to influence and support R D and product development strategies. Be capable of collaborating effectively across a global matrix organization. Have knowledge of laboratory and field application SOPs related to fluids separation product selection. Have strong understanding of HSE compliance requirements for field operations and laboratory environments. Have knowledge of oilfield chemicals product lines, applications, and technologies. Have specialized knowledge of fluids separation chemical products, application techniques, and field ‑ based selection methodologies.
