The position involves occasional travel of up to 25% as needed. Responsibilities include the direct management of a robust team, including three Environmental Engineers, an Environmental Technician, and a team of hourly environmental staff members. This position will report directly to the General Manager. The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of air permitting (including Title V and PSD/NSR permits), as well as water and waste management practices. Strong leadership and management skills are crucial, with a proven track record in overseeing complex environmental programs at the plant level and effectively managing a team of environmental professionals.
