Navarro Research & Engineering is an award-winning federal contractor dedicated to partnering with clients to advance clean energy and deliver effective solutions for complex challenges in the nuclear and environmental fields. Headquartered in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, Navarro has active programs in place across the nation for DOE/NNSA, NASA, and the Department of Defense. Key Responsibilities Manage petroleum, oil, and lubricants (POL) compliance programs. Ensure regulatory compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements. Develop, implement, and oversee POL program procedures, inspections, and reporting. Provide technical oversight related to storage tanks, spill prevention, and controls. Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Geology, Earth Science, or a related science field, or a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering. Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience. Graduate-level education may be substituted for experience. United States citizenship.
