Description Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting a JSC Water Program Manager (3859) in Webster, TX. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater compliance programs. Provide technical leadership to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local water regulations. Support program planning, inspections, reporting, and regulatory coordination. Interface with program management and technical staff to ensure water program requirements are met. Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Geology, Earth Science, or a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering. Possession of a Class D Water License . Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience. Graduate-level education may be substituted for experience. United States citizenship.
