The ideal candidate will possess:
Experience supporting desktop computer systems, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and Microsoft Windows environments. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, desktop technologies, and current Microsoft products. Experience with LAN/WAN technologies, networking concepts, and client server computing environments. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Experience planning technology projects, documenting infrastructure, and maintaining accurate technical documentation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to users with varying levels of technical experience. Demonstrated ability to define problems, collect data, evaluate information, and develop practical solutions. Knowledge of networking and distributed computing concepts, including network routing, client server architecture, and network file systems. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and consistently meet deadlines. The ability to remain calm under pressure while providing outstanding customer service in a mission critical environment. : Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related field.EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
