Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Learning Technology Coordinator for a top Learning Technology client. This candidate will support the maintenance, optimization, and presentation of learning and demo environments used by Sales Engineering and client-facing teams. The ideal candidate brings a foundation in LMS administration, learning technology, data management, troubleshooting, and visual design, along with a strong curiosity for AI and emerging technologies. Responsibilities include preparing demo environments, conducting QA testing, managing learning content and datasets, creating visual assets, and supporting demos, POCs, and RFP efforts. This role offers hands-on exposure to learning technology strategy, AI-enabled solutions, instructional design concepts, and sales engineering operations, with strong mentorship and significant potential for long-term growth. Pay for this role is between $20-$40 hourly depending on experience.

Day-to-Day:

Maintain and update demo and learning environments, including users, content, assignments, assessments, and organizational structures Ensure demo environments remain polished, accurate, branded, and client-ready Prepare environments and supporting assets for demos, conferences, releases, and sales initiatives Perform platform testing and support release QA activities Troubleshoot issues, validate fixes, document findings, and escalate when necessary Clean, prepare, and maintain Excel/CSV datasets and sample data Create branded visual assets including screenshots, thumbnails, banners, personas, and supporting materials Assist with learning content setup, scenario configuration, and roleplay experiences Support customized demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and RFP initiatives Maintain SOPs, process documentation, checklists, and recurring operational trackers Partner closely with leadership to execute strategic initiatives while growing into increasing ownership of the function We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
