We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team. If you are interested in a challenging opportunity in a high-energy, team-oriented environment, you are encouraged to apply. Under the direction of the Fire and Rescue Chief and the State Operations Center (SOC) Director during activations, the Coordinator (Fire and Rescue) responds to emergencies and disasters within California. This position is responsible for staffing the Emergency Services Function 4 desk in the SOC. The Coordinator (Fire and Rescue) will be assigned to multiple all-hazard incidents, processing personnel and resource requests, preparing reports, assisting and coordinating task forces with various internal and external stakeholders during response operations. The incumbent will be required to report-out on Fire and Rescue activities. You will find additional information about the job in the .
Working Conditions In Office:
This position supports and manages the day-to-day business operations for Cal OES which is handled in an office location. This is not considered a hybrid telework position.
