About Thomasville Restoration Thomasville Restoration's vision is to be the number one restoration company in the Mid Atlantic Region. To help achieve this goal and support our growth, we are adding a Emergency Board-Up Crew Chief. This position offers a unique opportunity to support our mission of putting families' homes and lives back together across the Mid Atlantic Region while upholding our culture of Family First, Compassion, and Communication. What You'll Do Conduct exterior property inspections in both emergency and non-emergency situations. Perform and oversee emergency roof tarping. Perform and oversee board-ups for windows, doors, and structural openings. Perform temporary mitigation and stabilization measures. Respond to losses involving fire, storm damage, theft, and vehicle impacts. Coordinate with insurance carriers, adjusters, and referral partners. Accurately document all work using Next Gear Dash, including photos, detailed job notes, and required documentation for billing and compliance. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. Lead, direct, and support team members on-site as needed. Flex into structural cleaning and contents operations when TMP volume is low. Who You Are Strong communicator with team members, customers, and partners. Comfortable working at heights, including ladders and roofs. Able to perform effectively in high-pressure emergency environments. Demonstrates strong leadership and teamwork. Physically capable of lifting, climbing, and performing labor-intensive tasks. Experienced with or willing to learn Next Gear Dash. Prior experience in restoration, construction, or emergency services preferred. Shows up prepared and ready to take action with a high sense of urgency and accountability. Detail-oriented, especially with documentation and photo requirements. Reliable, accountable, and responsive when duty calls. Has at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Has roofing repair experience. Has 2+ years of emergency board-up and tarp experience. Your Impact As an Emergency Board-Up Crew Chief, you lead emergency response efforts that help secure damaged homes and commercial properties quickly and safely. Your leadership, documentation, and attention to detail help prevent further loss, support insurance and referral partners, and provide confidence to customers during stressful situations. By responding with urgency and professionalism, you play a critical role in helping Thomasville Restoration protect property and begin the recovery process.

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
