Full Job Description Experienced Restoration Crew Chief — Lead Water, Fire & Mold Mitigation Crews | Manchester, NH SERVPRO Team JRF, a nine-location restoration operation serving New Hampshire and Massachusetts, is hiring an experienced Restoration Crew Chief to lead field crews on water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation projects out of our Manchester, NH facility. This is not an entry-level role. We are hiring a working crew leader who has already run mitigation jobs — someone who can walk onto a loss, scope it, set containment, direct technicians, document per IICRC standards, and communicate with customers and adjusters from day one. What You'll Do Lead 2-4 person crews on residential and commercial water, fire, and mold losses Perform on-site scoping, moisture mapping, and daily monitoring/documentation Set up drying equipment, containment, and demolition per
