Ability to accurately assess risks and develop effective fire‑prevention solutions. Excellent communication skills for staff training, construction coordination, and interaction with emergency responders. Familiarity with NFPA 101, fire alarm standards, and applicable fire and construction codes. Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
