Fire Safety Field Service Technician Responsibilities:

As a Fire Safety Field Service Technician , you'll ensure our clients' fire protection systems meet the highest safety standards. Perform testing, servicing, and inspection of fire extinguishers and fire suppression systems in accordance with NFPA standards . Respond promptly to service calls from various commercial and industrial clients. Complete accurate and thorough inspection reports. Efficiently troubleshoot and correct issues found on site during inspections or service calls. Maintain accurate records of all work performed and materials used. Provide professional and courteous service to customers, ensuring satisfaction. Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.

Fire Safety Field Service Technician Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (required). Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check (required). Excellent verbal, written, and oral communication skills. Reliable attendance and willingness to work occasional overtime as needed. Ability to work independently and manage a service route effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Prior experience in fire safety, fire extinguisher service, or a related field is preferred but not required- we will train you!
