• 30 per hour, based on relevant clinical, emergency-care, hyperbaric, respiratory, or patient-care experience.

We're looking for an energetic, compassionate healthcare professional who enjoys helping others and has an interest in regenerative medicine, wellness, and patient-centered care. Previous hyperbaric experience is NOT required. We provide comprehensive training and a pathway toward becoming a Certified Hyperbaric Technician (CHT) for qualified team members.

• ## Responsibilities
• Safely operate FDA-cleared hard-shell hyperbaric chambers.
• Monitor clients throughout treatment sessions while ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Perform client safety screenings and review treatment protocols.
• Assist clients before and after treatments.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and safety checks.
• Assist with medical-grade Red Light Therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and safety.
• ## Preferred Qualifications
• Current healthcare license or certification preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Calm under pressure.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
